Currently, Microsoft is preparing to forcibly deploy Windows 10 version 2004 on devices running previous versions of Windows 10, the service life of which is approaching the end (“End of Service”? The same message was added to the health dashboard Windows 10 2004, to allow users to keep track of known issues affecting the may update 2020. A year ago Microsoft were preparing for an unattended installation of Windows 10 version 1903 on devices running Windows 10 version 1803 and earlier, using the same deployment process based on ML.
Earlier this month, Microsoft has also started to notify users via Windows update, if their device is blocked from updating due to compatibility issues.
