According to preliminary information, the means of destruction have been set by members of illegal armed groups.

As noted, the actions of terrorists have created a deadly area near the highway and gardens of local residents.

In the framework of criminal proceedings initiated by the SBU under part 1 of article 14 and part 1 of article 258 of the criminal code (preparation for a terrorist act), continue the urgent investigative actions to establish all the circumstances of the offense and the individuals responsible.

As is known, the use of anti-personnel mines PMN-2, available on the armament of the Russian army, prohibited by the Ottawa Convention of 1997.
