“Now the Prosecutor’s office prepares the specified face of suspicion on the fact of violation of requirements of fire safety in the hotel, which caused the death of nine people (part 2 of article 270 of the criminal code) and the petition for election measures of restraint. Pre-judicial investigation proceeds”, – is spoken in the message.

Businessman Vadim Cherny says that the alarm in the hotel was OK, and said he was ready to bear full responsibility for the incident, if found guilty.

Recall that of the 10 injured, one refused hospitalization is a citizen of Lithuania Roman Chernyavskiy, born in 1960. Another foreigner – a citizen of Sierra Leone, also expressed a desire to go home, his condition is assessed as satisfactory.

According to police, among the hospitalized, the Governor of Victoria Kozlova, born in 1994, but stable condition; Sergey Vasiliev of the Velikomikhaylovsky area, born in 1999, a soldier, but stable condition; sumchanin Nicholas Long, born in 1981, a serious condition; Elena Khomich from the Kherson region, born in 1996, Ekaterina Russian Velikomikhaylovsky area, born in 2009, 12% burns, poisoning with burning products in a serious condition; 41-year-old Paul Uzewski from Mariupol, Donetsk region, a serious condition; 22-year-old Mr Tepure of the Belyaevsky area – he’s got burns of 1-2 degrees, eye burns, 40% of burns of the respiratory tract.

The city hall said that the condition of the seriously injured went to improve.
