The tragic incident occurred on Monday, June 10, in the resort village Kyrylivka Zaporozhye region.

However, to professionally help the drowning man was just a nobody. On the shore is popular among Ukrainians and crowded the resort was not a rescue, no medical post.
The police arrived at the emergency within 30 minutes, and the rescuers and “ambulance” almost an hour. To save it was certain. The man was dead.
