American company Oriole Capital Group may buy a controlling stake in Ukrainian company Motor Sich.
The newspaper reminds that China in 2017, has agreed to purchase Ukrainian companies, but Kiev has frozen the deal in 2018 on the basis of national security.
An unnamed Ukrainian official told the newspaper that the final decision of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine on stopping the sales of Motor Sich Chinese companies Skyrizon Aviation will be in March.
As noted, Oriole Capital Group has 10 years of experience in the aviation industry and are of interest for at least three Ukrainian aviation companies.
