Company HMD Global is preparing to release a new push-button phone under the Nokia brand. This phone will work on the basis of special version of the Android operating system, which can replace the KaiOS in the segment of classic vehicles.
As writes the edition 9to5google.com the Android phone will be significantly different from smartphones.
In particular, the phone will not be touch screen. Instead, navigation will be carried out using the traditional d-pad, buttons on the sides and the numeric keypad.
The network has even appeared a picture of a phone with Android. In the photo at the top of the screen you can see a standard microphone icon Google, which may indicate easy access to Google Assistant, while Google also used this microphone for voice search.

There are also a number of application icons that look like icons on the application bar of Google. Of visible applications three is Camera, Chrome and YouTube.
And on the top and bottom edges of the device, you can see the traditional user interface of the phone signal, battery and time at the top, as well as three options at the bottom, sq which is most likely to obtain access with a click of a button.
