Former Ukrainian President-the fugitive Victor Yanukovych urgently called to one of the courts of Kiev.
“The Kiev appellate court calls the fugitive President Viktor Yanukovych at the meeting at 11: 00 on 15 July. The court plans to consider the complaint of defenders of Yanukovych on the verdict of the Obolonsky district court of Kiev, whom the President-the fugitive sentenced to 13 years for treason,” – said in the message.
In addition, for failing to appear in court Yanukovych threaten specific sanctions.
“In case of absence without a valid reason to Yanukovych can be applied a penalty of (from 0.5 to 2 minimum wages), a forced drive, and in case of evasion from appearance two times is the basis for the implementation of the special pre-trial investigation or specific court proceedings”, – underlined in the message.
