As noted, the price of private real estate – 1.1 billion rubles. The land area at the Palace is one hectare. The land is owned by 2017.

Local journalists found out that the Palace “Murad-Avur” has well-known family in St. Petersburg businessman Gennady lokotkova.

According to the materials of the so-called “Arbitration court of the Republic of Crimea”, in April 2017 Tamara lokotkova, the wife of the St. Petersburg businessman – bought the property for Yalta land area 5910 square meters, which is located on the estate. However, the listings for Murad-Awura posted online, listed the hectare plot – what happened to the other 4090 meters, remains a mystery.

Gennady Lokotkov, according to the system “Seldon Basis”, is the co-owner of “Technoplast” (St.-Petersburg), “Stroygarantyug” (Grozny), “Market oil” (Simferopol) as well as the owner of the company “Sanatorium “Pine grove” (Yalta). In 2012 Gazprombank bought lokotkova a 20 percent stake in the joint-stock company “REP holding”, the manufacturer of the pumping units, through this transaction, the Bank became the sole owner of the enterprise; in the same year Gennady Lokotkov became Vice-President of the Union of Industrialists and entrepreneurs of St. Petersburg.
