The British Ambassador in Iran Robbie Maquieira was arrested in Tehran during protests over the shooting down of Ukrainian aircraft. The diplomat, who was present at the protests, accused of “inciting protests.”
The British foreign Ministry has already reacted and protested because of gross violations of international law, writes the Daily Mail.
During the detention, before the University of Amir Kabir, he was accused of “organizing protests and provocations of radical action.”
