How to make vegan pancakes with tofu and spinach: recipe Ingredients:

  1. Tofu – 2 packs
  2. Spinach – 1 bunch
  3. Carrot – 1 PC.
  4. Flour tapioca – 4 tablespoons
  5. Spices (salt, pepper, Italian herbs) – to taste
  6. Soy sauce – 2 tbsp. spoons in 200 ml of water
  7. Oil for frying (coconut, for example)

Cooking step by step:

  1. Clean, wash and boil the carrots. It should be soft.
  2. Boil spinach in water with soy sauce.
  3. When the carrots and spinach to cook, mix them with tofu and mash everything with a fork.
