After complaints from Russian journalists and politicians, UEFA has decided to open disciplinary proceedings after the match “Spartak” against PAOK, in which the Ukrainian Greek club defender Yevhen Khacheridi has shown stands guards in the colors of the Ukrainian flag.
That’s just not happened the way they thought the Russians. In a disciplinary case, UEFA will consider only two episodes. It isn’t about Khacheridi. Namely, the Russians and the behavior of players, who play for “Spartak”.
The first violation concerns the fact that some of the passages in the stadium was blocked, which is prohibited article 38 of the safety regulations of UEFA.
The second question for consideration is the removal of the player “Spartaka” Luiz Adriano. It’s on 33 minutes, received a straight red card.
No mention about the incident with Khacheridi in this match on the UEFA website there.
