“It is unlikely that it will be over soon”.
Ukrainian Pavel Grib, who is on trial in Russia on charges of terrorism, doubts that it will be released, and does not exclude that may die behind bars.
He said this in a letter to the Russian “Novaya Gazeta”.
“It is unlikely that it will be over soon. I see a future of either death or prison, where I will spend the next years of his life. This is the case, if I don’t die sooner than go there. To send the terrorists, and not all come back alive. To me there’s no drugs to survive. And another no prospects”, – stated in the letter of the Fungus.
He insists he is innocent and compares himself to fall into the trap of the beast.
“Why am I going into a trap, knowing that some circumstances and promises forced to do the unheard of? Then I just made sure that I suspected. With their free and life. The biggest disappointment was that my fears came true. I really surrendered and betrayed by a weak will,” – writes the Ukrainian.
Paul the Mushroom is in a Russian prison more than a year. He disappeared in Belarus in August 2017, when going to visit a girl he met on the Internet. In Belarus, the young man was detained and taken to Russia, where he was accused of preparing a terrorist act.
“About the house I hardly remember. It’s all gone. House, computer games, food, family, friends, all this is a distant memory. There is something native, but incredibly far away, because someone else around me… My day is sad and monotonous. Sleep until 7.30. Eat cereal or a sandwich – that give. Relations with neighbors I have a good. If I will be released – I will help them. In jail I miss most of the native words. Read books from the local library. I passed the book in the Ukrainian language”, – writes the Mushroom.
We will remind, in September 2017, it became known that on the territory of Belarus went missing 19-year-old son of a Ukrainian border guard Igor Mushroom Paul, who went to meet his friend. Later the Fungus found in the Krasnodar remand prison.
