The main dishes on the table will be: roast breast of Guinea fowl, celery puree and truffles, confit of Guinea fowl with onion marinade, potato “fondant” with tender broccoli and mini carrots with juniper. Vegetarians will be treated to the dish with crispy mushrooms and chestnuts, which are complemented by mashed potatoes with caramelized onions, roasted sweet potatoes and many other original dishes.

Finally, serve the dessert with Clementina (hybrid of orange and Mandarin), pomegranate sauce and crispy sweet made of almonds.
