The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko assured that he is ready to review the approaches to personnel policy and to carry out serious personnel changes in case of re-election for a second term.

“There will be significant changes in the team. There will be more number of young, new people”, – said the head of state TV channel “Ukraine” on Sunday evening, April 7.

According to Poroshenko, he is considering many proposals, which will be announced in the coming days.

In addition to the personnel policy, the President promised to focus on reforms to ensure economic growth, raise living standards and overcome poverty in the country.

The most important foreign policy priority, the President called the Euro-Atlantic integration, in particular, the beginning of a dialogue on granting Ukraine the action Plan on NATO membership.

“Will be significantly strengthened the defense of the state. Claim that will be dramatically accelerated our economic growth and our movement into the European Union. And in December will be offered to the countries-members of NATO to sign the map”, – assured Poroshenko.

He also expressed confidence that it will be possible to release the Ukrainian prisoners of war sailors who are illegally detained in Moscow jail.
