The Verkhovna Rada at a meeting on Thursday, plans to send back for revision the government Program, and will also consider the dismissal and appointment of Cabinet members.
This is stated in the agenda of the meeting published on the website of the Verkhovna Rada.
These issues will be considered at the beginning of the meeting. As previously reported by MPs from the faction “people’s Servant”, the Program of activities of the Cabinet of Ministers will be sent on completion.
Among personnel issues – dismissal of Vice Prime Minister on European and Euro-Atlantic integration Vadym Prystayko and the appointment of Olga Stefanishina.
The Verkhovna Rada will also consider the proposal of the government on the appointment of MP from the faction “servant of the people”, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on issues of human and information policy Oleksandr Tkachenko to the post of Minister of culture and information policy of Ukraine, Deputy Minister of energy and the environmental protection of the Roman Abramov – the post of Minister of environment protection and natural resources.
In addition, the second reading is scheduled to consider the bill №2513 “On amendments to the criminal code of Ukraine concerning responsibility for crimes committed by a criminal community”.
In the first reading the Parliament plans to consider the bill No. 3485 “On amendments to some laws of Ukraine on improving electoral legislation” and alternative to it.
Also provides for consideration of the bill No. 3228 “On Customs tariff of Ukraine”.
To the inclusion in the agenda and decision proposed by bill No. 3118 “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine”About local government in Ukraine” on the enforcement of the state guarantees of local self-government and protection of his economic fundamentals.”
In the second reading deputies intend to consider the draft law No. 2247 “On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine on military ranks of the military.”
Also scheduled for consideration on second reading of bills No. 3354 “On amendments to the articles of the Code of Ukraine on administrative offences and the Criminal code of Ukraine concerning strengthening of responsibility for failure to comply with legal requirements and obstructing activities of people’s Deputy of Ukraine, the audit chamber, deputies of the local Council” and №2030 “On amendments to the law of Ukraine “On state registration of legal entities, individuals-entrepreneurs and community groups” (with respect to the granting of the right of free registration of persons with disabilities and persons affected by the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant)”.
Deputies intend to consider in the first reading the bill No. 2365 “On the protection of labour migrants and the fight against fraud in employment abroad”.
