Разумков объяснил, почему закрыл для экс-нардепов доступ к кулуарам Рады

The ban on access to a lobby of Parliament for people’s deputies of previous convocations is associated with the fights and property damage. This broadcast channel NewsOne, on 7 February said the speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Dmitry Razumkov.

“Unfortunately, there were various occasions during the work of the Verkhovna Rada. We remember the stickers that bring some people’s deputies, and about matches in wells for the keys, and many other things that have occurred and were committed by the MPs. I understand that this is not a majority, but such people’s deputies of previous convocations, unfortunately, there is,” said Razumkov.

He reported that he conducted a meeting with representatives of the Association of people’s deputies of previous convocations and discussed this issue.

“I think we found a balanced position, which will be reflected in amendments to this order. But if we are talking about the access to Parliament as to the room where the session hall, where the plenary session is another question. And access to the premises where the MPs, and we also saw, how came the deputies Committee meetings and started a fight… So I think, you will find a position that will suit people’s deputies of previous convocations, and will be able to ensure the correct operation of the current convocation of the Verkhovna Rada”, – said the speaker of Parliament.

Razumkov order “On ensuring the legal regime of the state protection of administrative buildings and premises of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine” entered into force on 1 February. In the list of persons having access to the couloirs are Happy (first, second and third floors outside the sessional hall), no longer deputies of the previous convocations. Earlier ex-the people’s representatives had access to couloirs. The ex-MPs are entitled to stay in the guest bed balcony session hall of the Parliament.
