This sauce can rightly be considered one of the most tender and flavorful. It can apply to pasta, meat or vegetables. A bit creamy mushroom sauce and your dish will be transformed.
The thickness of the sauce you’ll be able to control while cooking. This sauce is a real find for mushroom lovers.
mushrooms – 100 g
refined canola oil – 4 tbsp
butter – 50 g
flour – 1 tbsp
cream 20% – 300 ml
salt – 1 chips.
onion – 1 PC.
milk – optional
fresh herbs – to taste.
1. Mushrooms thoroughly wash and chop. Onion peel, finely chop and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
2. Then to the onions add the sliced mushrooms and sauté the mixture until then, until you evaporate any excess liquid.
3. In another pan fry the flour, stirring constantly until it turns light brown. Add to it the butter, after a minute pour in the cream and stir the mixture. Cook the mixture over low heat, constantly stirring.
4. Add the cream to the onions and mushrooms and cook for another 4 minutes. At this stage, optionally, add the milk, adjusting the thickness of sauce to taste.
5. Salt sauce to taste and optionally add fresh herbs.
Fragrant creamy mushroom sauce mushroom sauce is ready, serve it cold or warm.
