Russian disinformation and obstructing its stooges in the occupied Donbas humanitarian missions represent a growing threat during a pandemic COVID-19.
This was stated by the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine on Twitter
The Embassy noted that, as the President said Vladimir Zelensky in his address on April 1, we should not forget about the war waged by Russia in Eastern Ukraine.
“The aggression of Russia, including in Crimea, has shortened thousands of lives and destroyed the lives of millions of people. Russian disinformation and obstruction of his minions observer access for humanitarian Affairs represent a growing threat during a pandemic COVID-19”, – said in a statement.
In this context, us diplomats urged Russia and its allies for the immediate release of all Ukrainian political prisoners, facilitate the delivery of humanitarian assistance and the implementation of the mandate of the OSCE SMM.
“Russia should fully implement its Minsk commitments, starting with the ceasefire and to leave the territory”, – said at the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine.
