May day local prosecutors filed a lawsuit to invalidate the agreement on the joint use of the land area of 18.6 hectares, with the obligation to return it to school.
Established in 2004, the may day district state administration and St. Sophia’s school has signed a land lease contract from state-owned lands for agricultural purposes for research and educational purposes.
However, in violation of the terms of the lease and the requirements of land legislation, in January 2019, the parcel gave to sublease the farm. In fact, it changed the purpose of land that was used for commercial purposes for commercial agricultural production.
This was reported in the may day local Prosecutor’s office.
