Ukrainian boxer Sergey Derevyanchenko will return to the ring in the fall of 2020. Ukrainian will meet with Carmella Charlo to fight for the title of world champion under version WBC Middleweight title owned by the American.

Us TV channel Showtime is producing the show with two big fights. One of them needs to be 34-year-old Derevyanchenko, informs Xsport.
Insider Dan Rafael reported that the tournament from Showtime will be held at Mohegan Sun casino in Connecticut, USA.
Rafael, citing sources at the company, said that the tournaments will be headed by the fighting Charlo – Derevyanchenko and Cervante Davis – Leo Santa Cruz.
Relevant information was confirmed also by the insider Mike Coppinger.
According to him, the fight Charlo and Derevyanchenko will be held in September. It will be shown on the scheme PPV (pay per view).
What about Charlo?
30-year-old American became the world champion in the 1-m average weight, and is now the current holder of the WBC title in the Middleweight division. The undefeated boxer has had 30 fights in the professional ring.
Last chance Derevyanchenko?
Derevyanchenko in two years has lost two attempts to become world champion in the Middleweight division. The Ukrainian has twice lost bouts for the IBF title.
In October 2018 Derevyanchenko lost to Daniel Jacobs, who eventually “gave” the title to Saulo Alvarez.
A year Derevyanchenko got a second chance to win the IBF title. Serhiy agree about the fight with Alvarez, with the result that IBF took the title from the Mexican.
The Ukrainian went to fight against Gennady Golovkin. Sergey lost a controversial decision of judges, although most experts believe that Golovkin didn’t win.
