Skoda has released new images of the subcompact crossover Kamiq for the European market. The novelty will receive the first two-part head optics, although other stylistic decisions might be borrowed from the hatchback Scala. For example, the shape of the lights and Skoda is the logo on the tailgate.
Feature of crossover Skoda Kamiq – divided into two blocks front lighting: DRL is on top, headlamps – bottom. Like other SUV brand there is a grille with double vertical slats and a sculpted hood.
Kamiq the word comes from the Inuit language, where it represents a subject that is so well suited to its owner that feels like a second skin. Kamiq also consistent with the current nomenclature of the company, when the names of the crossovers begin with the letter K and end in Q.
Kamiq is positioned as the most affordable crossover in the model range Skoda, designed for people leading an active lifestyle. The car will be built on the platform MQB, will be equipped with advanced security systems and a number of decisions in the spirit of Simply Clever, which has already become a visiting card of Czech manufacturer.
