Many people try to avoid fatty foods and to buy all non-fat. Many people are frightened by the word “cholesterol”, so they refuse animal fats or choose only oil. But, according to Suprun, no need to do that, because the body needs fatty acids and cholesterol.

After all, if we eat a variety of foods, including animal fats, we don’t have liver disease and are physically active, and the level of cholesterol in the blood will be healthy. Suprun noted that there are no “bad” or “good” cholesterol, because for the body important balance. Cholesterol can be depression, vitamin deficiency, weak immunity, or even infertility.

Here are some useful tips about eating fats:

1. Maintain the balance of fat dairy products

Low-fat dairy products lose vitamins A and D and does not cause a feeling of satiety that can cause us to overeat. So be sure to consume required amount of food from milk, especially high fat.
