A gifted pastry chef at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa and is rapidly growing star of Haute cuisine Victoria Lund shared with vogue.ua three ice cream recipes that are easy to make at home. The proposed pastry recipes different natural ingredients that can rightly be considered part of a healthy diet.

Ingredients:

250 g soft cheese (thick yoghurt or matsoni);

1 lime (juice and zest);

4 tbsp of honey;

400 g cream (33% fat).

Preparation:

Mix the cottage cheese with honey, juice and zest of lime. Add the whipped cream and stir gently. Ready mix send in the freezer, removing it from time to time and stirring with a whisk.

Flow:

To serve, garnish with edible flowers and honey.

Ingredients:

4 frozen banana;

4 cups cold espresso;

4 tbsp maple syrup;

2 tbsp cocoa.

Preparation:

All the ingredients grind in a blender to a smooth consistency and send in the freezer.

Flow:

Serve in coffee cups, ice cream garnished with grated chocolate and whipped cream.

Ingredients:

4 frozen banana;

500 g of cold strawberries (or other berries);

1 vanilla pod;

1 Bob thin.

Preparation:

Vanilla pod cut in half and with a knife to get the seeds and pulp. In a blender grind the berries, add vanilla, a little grated Bob thin, and bananas. Continue to stir until a smooth consistency. Ready ice cream cooling in the freezer, and then move in a pastry bag and serve in transparent glasses.

Flow:

Decorate with grated white chocolate and berries.
