Official statements of Berlin about this, but it is known that Germany is most interested in the Ukrainian workers.

“It is true that Poland for Ukrainians closer through similarity of language and mentality, but how much can you pay for greater loyalty. In Germany you can earn three to four times more. And for many that’s enough to go there. Sorry, first of all leave the best specialists in their fields. And it will be very painful,” – said the Polish entrepreneur and Vice-President of Business Centre Club Zbigniew Zurek.

As reported by economic experts of the Union of entrepreneurs and employers, their country faces a real problem of the economic slowdown, which may begin in the outflow of workers from Ukraine to Western Europe.

“2016 call for the establishment of a coherent migration policy that would provide for the maximum simplification of procedure of employment of citizens of Ukraine and other countries whose citizens are already working in Poland and contribute to GDP growth”, – said the Secretary of the Department of law and legislation of the Union of entrepreneurs and employers Jakub Binkowski.

According to Polish experts, the solution to the labour shortage must be the establishment of a transparent mechanism for obtaining a residence permit in Poland and then citizenship, but it is not easy to do, because the demand for foreign workers will grow in the other countries of the European Union.
