The American company Trident Acquisitions Corp declares its readiness to invest $1 billion investment for development of the site “Dolphin” on the terms of the Agreement on production section (SRP) on the Black sea shelf.
“We have offered to Ukraine of investment of $1 billion, production is to start after 3.5 years in the case of stocks and experienced team of offshore fields”, – wrote on his page in Facebook CEO, ex-Deputy of the state Duma Ilya Ponomarev.
Note that 12 April 2019, the Cabinet announced a competition to develop the hydrocarbons within the section of the “Dolphin” on the shelf of the Black sea under production sharing agreements. The term of the agreement is 50 years.
