The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a decree providing for the facilitation of international trade in cereals.
This was announced by the Ministry of economic development, trade and agriculture of Ukraine.
“Today, June 3, the government adopted a resolution to reduce the financial burden on exporters of grain crops, strengthen the competitiveness of Ukrainian products on the world market and improve the protection of Ukraine from import of certain dangerous organisms,” – said the Ministry of economy.
The resolution in particular, it is assumed to exclude additional regulation for grain exporters by abolishing the mandatory use of recirculation when the fumigation of grain.
The document also ordered the list of regulated objects (when moving through the territory of Ukraine, import, export and re-export) by including in the list of organisms that may pose phytosanitary risks (mites, nematodes, fungi).
The resolution also envisaged to harmonize inspection and selection of the sample (report form is provided in accordance with the selection procedure).
