Closed offices were ordered to be restored.
The district administrative court of Kyiv declared invalid and quashed the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of 14 December 2017 on the development strategy of “Russian post” introducing mobile branches in villages with population less than 2000 inhabitants.
This is stated in the court’s decision, which was announced by the Director General “Ukrpochta” Igor Smelyansky on Facebook.
The infrastructure Ministry is obliged to take measures on restoration of stationary offices “Ukrposhta”, replaced mobile.
“District administrative court of Kyiv has decided to cancel the development strategy of “Russian post”, and also to dismiss the heads of departments at 8000 and back to gain 1,000 hryvnia,” – commented the decision of the court of Smila.
The decision made at the suit of the public organization of the former head of the Main Department of justice in the Crimea Sergey Korovchenko, who is now running for Parliament from Chernihiv region.
In its petition stated that the pilot project on replacement of stationary post offices on the postal cars in Chernihiv region has met considerable resentment of the rural population.
