Thursday, January 30, the European court of human rights (ECHR) has refused to ban the extradition of Vladimir Tzemach, who appeared in the case of MH17 in the Donbas, in the Netherlands. This was stated by his lawyer Anatoly Kucherena, Russian media reported.
According to him, the ECHR admitted that the former chief of defense of the unrecognized “Donetsk people’s Republic” can be extradited to the Netherlands.
He also said that the case about the crash of MH17 tzemach passes as a valuable witness.
We will remind that the first judicial session on the case of downed flight MH17 Malaysia Airlines in the Hague is scheduled for March 9, 2020. One of the defendants in the case about the crash of MH17 will join the trial in the Netherlands. It is not disclosed exactly who will be on the bench of the accused, as well as what a legal company will be engaged in its protection.
