FaZe Clan has filed a lawsuit against the streamer Turner Tfue tenney. The organization said that the player in Fortnite had “betrayed” the team and caused damage to the brand’s public claims.
In may 2019 tenney filed a lawsuit against the team and said FaZe up to 80% of its revenues. It is reported by the Informant Tech, citing Stanley Mosk Courthouse.
Streamer said that the organization has forced him to live in the same house with other streamers, drinking and gambling until he turned 21. He subsequently renounced claims about games and alcohol, but wanted to break disadvantageous from his point of view, the contract.
The organization FaZe Clan resumed the trial in Federal court in new York. The club believes that t is obliged to perform contractual obligations. A controversial contract with Tfue FaZe will last until 2021, but the streamer has already severed all ties with the organization.
