“Production is idle, we have more than a year, only complex for transshipment of ammonia at the level of 2.3 million tonnes per year. The HMO entered into a contract with dualcam for which we perform services on natural gas processing plants. In the near future we plan to start preparing for the launch of two units of urea and one ammonia. If they met all the conditions of the contract, in August we need to get the products,” he said Kiminini.
As reported, the SCR is idle since the end of April 2018.
The HMO called the work under a tolling agreement the only alternative to the resumption of work in terms of the failure of privatization and accumulated debt for gas to “Naftogaz of Ukraine”, which is more than 1.5 billion.
