Saturday, April 11, Autocar India has shared the first photos of the interior of the new crossover KIA Sonet. At first the car will only be available in the car market of India, but then can become global. Presentation of the model took place at the motor show in new Delhi in early February of this year. In photos you can see the red stitching on the seats, that indicates the version of the GT Line.
The seat upholstery is embossed with the execution. In the Central part is a large screen multimedia system, which is slightly elevated above the Central console – this design applies to all new KIA vehicles.
Overall, the cabin looks quite spacious despite the modest dimensions of the vehicle – its length is about 4 metres and a wheelbase of 2.5 meters.
Largely repeats Sonet KIA’s compact crossover Hyundai Venue, if we consider the technical side. Buyers can choose from three powerplants – a 1.2-liter atmospheric engine, the 1.0-litre turbo engine and 1.5 liter diesel. The exact cost will be known closer to the start of sales, however the approximate price of the basic version is already known – 700 thousand rupees, which amounts to 680 thousand rubles.
