The national Agency for prevention of corruption had proposed to simplify the financial reporting of political parties.
“Representatives of the political forces presented a draft of the updated Report form political parties on the property, income, expenses and obligations of financial character. This document is the first step towards implementing the electronic report for political parties and improve the efficiency of public monitoring, transparency of financing of political parties and effectiveness of control in this sphere”, – said the Agency.
As noted by the Chairman of the NACP Alexander Novikov, the Agency want the report view in the Unified state register of records of political parties “was convenient and easy for both political parties and public control”.
Among the main innovations of the document – short form report, which will allow to avoid accumulation of the same information content.
A new Report form political parties on the property, income, expenses and obligations of financial nature must be approved before April 16, and the Unified state register of reports of political parties – launched on 16 July 2020.
