The national security Council and defence of Ukraine ( NSDC) has included in the sanctions list of the businessman Alexey Fedorychev.

Alexei Fedorychev – the owner of Fedcominvest company. Owns 100% of shares in the terminal TIS-Grain TIS-Fertilizers. Operating activities all other terminal “transinvestservice” does not participate.

According to the Law of Ukraine “On sanctions”, the security Council applied to Fedorychev, the following restrictive measures: blocked assets and temporarily restricted right to dispose of property belonging to him, opposition to the withdrawal of capital from Ukraine, and also the refusal to grant and cancellation of visas from residents of foreign countries and the use of other prohibitions to enter the territory of Ukraine. The term sanctions is 3 years.
