The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine July 11, 2019 ratified the international agreement creating a free trade zone between Ukraine and Israel.

For reference: January 21, 2019, was signed the free trade Agreement between Israel and Ukraine.
According to the Ministry, immediately after the ratification of the agreement, Israel will remove import duties for 9% of agricultural products and 80% of Ukrainian industrial production.
According to the Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine, it is assumed a zero rate on exports from Ukraine fish, vegetable oils (from sviby and canola), canned vegetables. Within the tariff rate quota duty-free import of poultry meat, dairy products, ice cream, vegetable oil, eggs, honey, wheat, baked goods, and wine.
After 3 years, zero duty is introduced for the export to Israel of Ukrainian nuts, spices, seeds, fruit mash, tobacco, in 5 years – on duck, fish, products of fish and crustaceans, flour, corn starch, vegetable oil (peanut, palm, coconut, linseed, Kukruse, rezinovoe), canned meat, juices, vegetables, fruits, confectionery, gelatin etc. after 7 years will be allowed duty-free import of malt extract, ketchup, and homemade sauces.
Partial liberalization provided for access to the Israeli market cabbage, cucumbers, certain types of milk and cream from Ukraine.
