Paradox Interactive introduced the first of the five factions in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 – the Founders. Not to be confused with vampire clans: the faction is a group of assorted bloodsuckers that have merged under one banner.
In Bloodlines 2 factions vie for control of Seattle. Each has its own unique history, characteristics and motives. Relations between the factions can have a serious impact on the future of the entire city.
The founders of the call so for a reason: they were among those who participated in the development of Seattle and ran it. The faction consists of members of different clans who share an idealistic vision of the city as a last refuge, free from centuries-old structures of power.
Despite the inherent Founders of the independence and passion, they refuse to classify themselves as Anarchists. Dreaming about the return of his power over the city, they still play by someone else’s rules for this faction is allowed to rule a few small parts of Seattle.
The reigning Prince of the faction was Lou elder Grand, but in recent years, its control over the city waned.
The authors name the following as the defining characteristics of the Founders:
• Many vampires fraction are tightly bound to each other by the memories of what was once founded by Seattle. To save the remnants of the old city, they are ready to fight to the last.
• The founders ruled the city the longest, but over the last 20 years had lost its former greatness. Because they are skeptical about changing the world, including young relatives who want to join them.
• Over a century of the management Board fraction of its members have amassed an impressive condition, they would be enough to gain domination in almost any part of the globe… But not in contemporary Seattle, where there was an economic boom, because of which they can now only comfortably pass the time.
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 will be released in early 2020 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
