Soy milk is often the basis for other types, there are a lot of protein, it is often enriched with calcium, which is great for vegetarians.
Almond milk contains very little protein.
Coconut milk with good composition has a high fat content, and for the most part is saturated fats.
Oat milk and rice are also low in protein, but has a mild odor, suitable for cooking.
