The Russian state Duma has announced a tender for the so-called research for “assessment of damage caused to the Crimea for the period of stay in Ukraine”.
The corresponding tender announcement published on the Russian public procurement website.
The full name of the procurement object: “Rendering services on conducting expert-analytical study entitled: “Comparative analysis of the socio-economic situation and legislative regulation of key aspects of life in the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol in the Soviet period, in Ukraine and in the Russian Federation. Assessment of damage caused to the region during the period of being a part of Ukraine”.
According to the documentation. The initial contract price – 9.9 million rubles (about $154 million).
Applications will be accepted until June 27 and the winner will be elected on July 11.
“Analysis” must be held before October 30, 2019.
