“We looked at all the indicators that were proposed by the Cabinet, according to these indicators, there are 13 areas, which are currently unable to move or willing to move to the second stage. They include such areas as Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Kherson, Zaporizhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv,” – said Kuzin.
According to him, in the near future on the website of the Ministry of health and the CHP will be posted to a General table on all counts, and it would change daily to ensure that all had the ability to track who meets the qualifications and who does not.
“For example, Chernivtsi oblast, unfortunately, not yet. There they have a very complicated situation, and though they have pretty good coverage in terms of testing, but, unfortunately, the number of registered and new cases are quite high. And Kiev under these settings, too, until he gets” – said the official.
The government imposes certain characteristics of the epidemiological situation in the regions, which will be taken into account when drawing up quarantine mode. Namely, incidentaly – the average number of cases COVID-19 in the last 7 days on 100 thousand population, which should be less than 12 people per 100 thousand population. Utilization of beds in health institutions identified for hospitalization of patients with a confirmed case of COVID-19 must be less than 50%. As well as the number of tests by PCR and immunofermentnogo analysis should be more than 12 per 100 thousand population in the last 7 days.
