Fugitive ex-President Viktor Yanukovych shocked his view
The expert notes that outwardly the fugitive Yanukovych is just depressing:
“The press conference Yanukovych is not the only case, when I allow myself to talk about appearance. Content and deep meanings. Old… but hanging in there, barely. Addressed to dentists, cosmetologists, corrected the imperfection and reality of nature.”
The expert added:
“He’s trying to show health “and in a good mood, drag in all this religiosity and soul… in a word, follows the best traditions of the Russian political elite.”
As you know, October 10, 2018, Obolonskiy district court of Kiev continued consideration of the case against Yanukovych, who is accused of treason and complicity in the war.
In the course of the proceedings the lawyer of the fugitive President Alexander Gorodinsky desperately tried to justify the crimes of his client, who called the war in their own country, and spoke about the impact a letter of Yanukovych to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the introduction of troops in Ukraine.
From his words we can conclude that Russia was ready to invade the Crimea, even if Yanukovych asked Putin to send troops.
“Putin submitted to the Federation Council a proposal to use the army, citing the danger for Russian citizens and the Russian military. Yanukovych he had not invoked”, – said Gorodinsky.
He added that at the meeting of the Federation Council, which accepted the decision about using Russian troops in the Crimea, “Yanukovych said.”
The lawyer of ex-President assured that the Kremlin would have embodied its decision in the Ukraine, no matter what, and his ward and his request for the introduction of troops has nothing to do with.
At the same time, Gorodinsky recognized that the ex-permanent representative to the UN Vitaly Churkin at the meeting of the security Council do, read a letter from Yanukovych.
Previously been made public the text of the controversial letter of fugitive ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych, in which he asked Russian President Vladimir Putin to introduce troops into the territory of Ukraine. The text of the letter was published on 8 October in the Obolon district court of Kiev.
In his message Yanukovych told Putin that after the events on the Maidan in Ukraine, chaos, and the South-East of the country and, in particular, Crimea was under threat.
