The authors of the bill, the text of which is published on the website of the Verkhovna Rada propose to require users of electric scooters, Segway, giramondo, gyrometers (this does not include wheelchairs and bicycles with electric motors) to ride on the bike path or at the edge of the carriageway and to prohibit the movement of such vehicles on sidewalks.
Vehicles must be equipped with reflectors and possibly a sound signal. In the dark svetovozvrascheniya items must carry, and drivers who will also be forbidden to hold the phone in hand while driving and carry passengers, if the place for them is not provided in the design of transport.
The draft law was presented by the deputies of the faction Voice in February 2020.
