The US President Donald trump has signed a decree to introduce visa restrictions for citizens of six countries.
According to the decree, ceased issuing immigrant visas for certain citizens of Myanmar, Eritrea, Kyrgyzstan and Nigeria. Some citizens of Sudan and Tanzania will not be able to participate in a lottery “grin-kard”.
The new restrictions do not apply to nonimmigrant visa – tourist, business and others.
Also a valid visa restrictions in 2017 for the citizens of Iran, Libya, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen and Somalia
This decision is due to the fact that the owner of an immigrant visa is more difficult to expel outside the United States than the owner of a us visa of any other type.
The list includes States that have not brought their protocols and procedures for the identification of persons in accordance with the standards of the United States, or do not convey US the information necessary to ensure the security of the United States.
The decree of the President of trump, in particular, said that Kyrgyzstan does not issue electronic passports and/or not share certain types of information, including information concerning public safety and terrorism.
Trump hopes his tough immigration policy will help to mobilize supporters for re-election in the elections in November.
