Senior coach of the female national team of Ukraine on biathlon Russian Andrey Prokunin immediately after the finish of a short individual race shared his impressions from his first start of the seventh stage of the world Cup in canadian Canmore.
Prokunin stated that he has questions regarding the quality of the skis.

Note that this is not the first case in the national team, when the athletes showed negative results because of the quality of the ski. In December, the Ukrainian biathlete Dmitry Pidruchny harshly criticized the team members who are responsible for preparing skis for racing. Ukrainian biathlete Olena Pidhrushna said that the team is not able to prepare skis for racing, and that was the reason for its failure.
Subsequently, the coach for the men’s team of Ukraine biathlon Juraj Sanitra acknowledged that the service team of the national team on biathlon has worked poorly, and was replaced.
