On this day, relatives of the victims and the embassies of their countries hold mourning rally.

In the Netherlands, on July 16 was panakhida, which was attended by the relatives of the deceased and held a conference on MH17. In Washington held a round table.

Speaking in Washington, Deputy assistant Secretary of state for Eurasia George Kent said that “Russia prepared the ground for the destruction of MH17 by funding, organizing and promoting their proxies in Eastern Ukraine”. He also noted that “Russia continues to deny the presence of their forces and material resources” to the uncontrolled Ukrainian authorities territories.

On the day of announcement of results of the Joint investigation team on June 19 Girkin, Dubinsky, Pulatov and Kharchenko was also included in the list involved in the crash of the flight MH17 crash, according to the investigation group Bellingcat research.
