Ingredients:

  • egg – 3 PCs.;
  • tomatoes – 400 g;
  • onions – 100 g;
  • sweet pepper – 100 g;
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp;
  • tomato paste – 1 tbsp;
  • salt, red pepper, herbs – to taste.

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut into small cubes onion and pepper, tomatoes, peeled.
  2. Fry in olive oil the onion until Golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  3. Then add to the pan pepper and fry until it become soft (about 7 minutes).
  4. Add the tomatoes, cover squaredo cover and simmer for about 8-10 minutes in the juice, which highlighted the tomatoes. Add the tomato paste, salt and pepper to taste.
