About the dangers of counterfeit said the expert in the field of quality and food safety Elena Sidorenko live ObozTV, reports analytical portal “Hvilya”.
According to Sidorenko, any adulteration is dangerous because it uses unknown components.
“We don’t know what to expect from this product. The product is a kind of bomb that can influence the consumer is absolutely unpredictable. We do not know what the mixture of vegetable oil, processed them or not, or they are all technical,” she explained.
What should be the correct butter?
The composition of butter is very simple – it is a solid milk fat, i.e. cream. Only the cream of it may be. If the oil is reduced fat, it can be 72%, 69% sandwich shop, there may still be milk whey as an optional component. No more components can not be.
