The case of an antitrust fine of $7.4 billion closed.
Ukraine has signed with “Gazprom” settlement agreement on the suit of the Russian company, which is considered by the arbitration court ad hoc in accordance with the Arbitration rules of the UN Commission on international trade law (UNCITRAL), the case of PTS No. 2019-10.
This was announced by Deputy Minister of justice Ivan Lyschina.
On behalf of Ukraine the agreement was signed by Minister of justice Dennis Maluska, on behalf of “Gazprom” Deputy Chairman of the management Board Ekaterina Burmistrova.

The settlement agreement provides for the refusal of Ukraine of the fines imposed on Gazprom by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. The total size of the fines is about $ 7.4 billion.
