The brainchild of aeronautical engineer Jim Bede, Autocycle Pulse (originally bearing the name Litestar), is a cross between a motorcycle and car – hence the name “Autozil”.
The creators of the device is clearly inspired by the design of a military fighter.
The body is made of fiberglass, accommodates two passengers sitting one behind the other, and resembles a small plane Bede BD-5 – another creation of Jim’s Distress.
Avtozil also has wings, although they are not used for flying, and for installation 8 inch side wheels, which helped the car to maintain balance during stops or cornering. Despite the four-wheel Pulse Autocycle in some places was classed as a tricycle, at the same time as the land could only apply to three of them.
So is it a motorcycle with training wheels and the steering wheel has a 4-cylinder Honda Goldwing engine capacity of 1.2 liters and power 94 horsepower and 5-speed manual transmission and black and red leather interior. Pulse Autocycle put on eBay at a price of 27 800 USD.
The mileage is 17 817 kilometers, it has two keys, factory tow bar, air conditioning, instrument panel cluster audio system with AM/FM, headlight and wiper. To 100 km/h 453-kg car accelerates in less than 7 seconds, with a top speed of 209 km/h.
