The beginning of each season is traditionally marked by new promises to yourself, whether it’s updated sport mode or the beginning of a new educational online course. We decided to depart from the principle of “catch all” and have identified 3 key habits this summer that deserve not only attention but also effort.

I remember before the summer holidays the school was given a list of literature for summer. The same list can make themselves, given the actual preferences and needs. And frankly, the summer can be a great period to deepen their knowledge in the vital issues.

Every day the world is too much of what may be a harbinger of anxiety, confusion and insecurity, so self-education and enlightenment will surely be the light at the end of the tunnel, which sometimes is not enough: to be a scientific paper about the advances in vaccine development from Covid-19, memoirs of Solomon Nortip or the hundredth time, re-read “the China study”.

Summer – time for picnics, vacations and long walks. Well, under the new conditions of life – respect the distance of half a meter and feel on top. Unfortunately, the pandemic is not conducive to abandonment of disposable tableware and personal care items, but something can be done: start to sort the trash, take water from home in your bottle, try not to use disposable bags and bring your favorite cocktail in your glass where possible. These obvious and well-known rules really matter.

Despite all the difficulties, the coming summer in a pandemic may be the appropriate time for raising eco-consciousness, without which our life will not get better, even when months quarantine will remain in the pages of history books.
