It is reported that the signing ceremony was attended by the head of the governing Council of the Sovereign of the country, Lieutenant-General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, as well as the Prime Minister of Ethiopia Abiy Ahmed and the President of Uganda, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
As recalled by South Sudan radio Tamazuj, along with Mushrom the oath of office in Juba must bring three other Vice-President, Kiir appointed in accordance with the peace agreement in 2018.
