An international group of scientists from the United States and China found that people who sleep less than six hours, can cause serious health problems.

The results of the study showed that people who slept less than 6 hours, had a more concentrated samples, and the risk of dehydration was increased by 16-59%. A shortage of water in the body can lead to the violation hearing, vision, spasms, and the like.
